How to find your dreams with responsibility
In front of me is a baby eating a donut: ‘Jajangiiieej’. What happens to our innocence when we grow older? I am not sure whether we lose it or don’t prioritize it anymore. What I do know is that we gain many responsibilities we didn’t particularly ask for. Talking for myself; I can’t remember asking for responsibilities whhile playing in the garden exploring human nature. It seems we don’t have a choice and have to meet our responsibility at one point in our lives.
Responsibility: ‘The state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone.’
So, responsibility is the possibility of making a decision. That’s the good thing about it: we gain control over our lives. The very instance we realise our capability of doing something which causes an effect, is a new adventure and opens up infinity. That’s right: infinity, everything becomes possible. We literally rule our world! We discover our ability to think and how to use our mind to get what we want.
Now, at some point, most of us tend to forget what we want. We think we don’t know what our heart desires. Again… we think(!) that we’ve forgotten about our dreams. But we havn’t forgotten about them. Our dreams and hearts desires live in our hearts instead of our minds, so our thoughts will never possess the strength to make them disappear. They only overshadow them, so we don’t see them. You will always keep dreaming. You only have to take the time to see them. You don’t have to run faster, think or sleep more. No, you have to take a step back, take an extra break if necessary and focus your attention at one single point. This point is not measurable, it is personal and therefore protected from our shadow thoughts. This place of peace is settled in your heart and the playground of your dreams. IF you can be patient, your dreams will show theirselves and guide you back on the road to happiness… out of the chaos and distress of your current reality. The only thing you have to do is listen to your heart by focusing at your personal point of peace.
Again, you’ll always be dreaming that’s a fact. You only have to DECIDE whether you want to know your dreams and take the time to get to know them. It’s your choice, and therefore your responsibility.
