How to take control of… anything in life

The human mind is an instrument with unlimited potential. It is the workshop of our imagination to create whatever we like to create. Though it sometimes also creates what we dislike, it’s nature is to simply create. Creation is free from good or bad, up until you decide to determine it’s ‘being’ as good or bad. It is your choice to create a beautiful or ugly future.

Control is a well-known concept of life. Human beings are said by some to have a free will, yet whether it’s true hasn’t been scientifically proven. However, we do have control over certain things in life. We don’t control circumstances nor situations, but we do control our thoughts about it, our words about it and deeds in dealing with it. It’s this simple.

Control your thoughts.

The Buddha stated: ‘All that we are is the result of what we have thought.’ In other words, control your thoughts and you control what you are. If you control what you are, than you control your responses to the things that happen to you. The things that happen to you, i.e. circumstances and situations, are not yours. You are free from situations and circumstances, and therefore free to take control of your life.

Control your words.

Music vibrates, your words are like music. Happy music makes you feel happy, because it simply influences your being. Dr. Emoto, the water messenger, stated: ‘Beautiful words have beautiful, clear vibrations. I believe that language is created by nature.’ Talk happy, and happiness will fill your body. It also works the other way around, i.e. sad words eventually create sadness, always.

Control your actions.

Action is what manifestation is all about. Once you’ve imagined to have, do or be something you desire, acting upon your dreams is what you’ll create in the physical reality. Action is natural, since every thing is constantly moving around. Everything is energy. Barack Obama stated: “A nation that can’t control its energy sources can’t control its future.” Your energy is directed by through your thoughts, words and deeds. Start dóing something with this knowledge!

Thus, to have control is one thing, yet to take responsibility for the things we control is another. It doesn’t matter whether you decide to take 100% responsibility for your life i.e. your thoughts, words and deeds or not. Life goes on without your choice to take control of it anyway. Your mind is a beast when it comes down to it’s extraordinary power. It’s beauty however is mindblowing. You have the power to control both. Now.
