Impossible is nothing

It’s 01:45, my tummy is a little of control, I can hardly keep my eyes open and I’m feeling a bit woozy. This is not the time I would prefer writing a blog. But this is a special blog, so lets forget about the time for a moment.

It is a special blog because I have just achieved something exiting. I’ve been working on our company logo for a few months now and it’s absolute horror. I find it difficult designing for myself since I am a fusspot, I’m not easily satisfied with my own work (impossible to satisfy, to be honest), and I have the nasty habit of trying as much of possibilities as possible before making a final decision. Hours and hours of sketching, doodling and trying out have left me with nothing but frustration.  Now that’s been said; designing a logo for our company was an impossible job. End.

But I wouldn’t be starting a company to realize dreams if I wouldn’t believe that even the things that seem ‘impossible’ are possible to achieve. So giving up was not an option, I continued, and pushed myself every time, and kept starting over again. It was though, tiring and frustrating, I am completely through with it but I am finally there. I am finally finished, satisfied and extremely excited about the finished Marbles logo! (I might not look nor sound exited, but that’s because of my physical condition; inside I am going nuts!)

Moral: pursuing a goal/dream may be hard, unpleasant, frustrating and tiring, but in the end, when all the work adds u and you finally reach the finish line, you will know that it was worth it. You will know that you’ve worked hard for this, that you deserve this, and now that you have achieved it you will enjoy it.

So for those who are no where near the finish line yet, remember: no matter how far you have set your goal, taking one step at a time will eventually get you to your destination. There is the reward, you deserve it, and you will enjoy it!

For now: just make sure that you keep walking!
